Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Extended delivery items: Some products may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on stock location and courier routing.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. Swuuush may occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website or product pages.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. This allows you to track your parcel in real time via our courier partners.
Delivery Address

Missed Deliveries
If there is no one available to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or changes after dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support. Include your order number and relevant photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
